Standard Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt free of charge.
Returned item(s) will be refunded to the original payment method once received and inspected.
Please note that original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item).

For the return or exchange of Neitherwo products purchased from any other authorized retailer, please contact your retailer directly.
Returns Process (excluding Black Friday and other Promotions)
To initiate a return, please contact support@Neitherwo.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

After your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return label and detailed return instructions.
Please do not send items back without prior authorization.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged Items
If your items are received damaged, please send a photo of the damaged item along with your order number to support@Neitherwo.com with the subject line: DAMAGED.
This should be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
If confirmed, we will provide a free replacement or full refund.
Items Not Received
If you have not received your full order within the estimated delivery timeframe stated in our Shipping Policy, please contact us at support@Neitherwo.com with the subject line: MISSING ITEM along with your order number.
We will investigate and provide an appropriate solution.
